Shipping
All orders are shipped in discreet plain packaging — no brand names, logos, or product descriptions on the outside of the package.
- — Delivery time: 3–5 business days after order confirmation (domestic US)
- — Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships
- — Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been fulfilled correctly.
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
