Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We also accept Venmo and Cash App as alternative payment methods. All prices are in USD.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of damaged or incorrect items (see Shipping & Returns policy). By completing your purchase you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. In such cases, any charges will be fully refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuveRise and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or this website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
